Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information 

Standard Shipping (UK):

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail / Evri / DPD (depending on size and weight)
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders over £50
  • Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number once dispatched

International Shipping:

  • Currently available to select regions
  • Delivery times and costs vary by destination
  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LUNIQ product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original. packaging, with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty devices cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
  1. Email our customer care team at support@luniqbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return 
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address 
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with UK
consumer rights. Please contact us with a photo and description.
